I took the kids ice skating today with their cousins. I took about 50 pictures plus some video of them skating. I used the action setting on my camera, and practiced moving along with the subject like we talked about yesterday. (I love it that I'm learning these things!) This is my favorite shot. My niece has a graceful look as she glides around the rink. I also like the shadow on the ice.

Nice action shot, pretty movement. I also used the video feature on my camera when trying to do some action shots when the kids danced in the gym. It helps.
She does have a graceful look!
