I saw this little vehicle today -- not sure exactly what it is.About Me

It looks like a little electric car. Kind cute, very interesting.
That IS interesting! Around here I sometimes see a little narrow yellow vehicle with a rounded top---it looks like a salt water fish to me!
Cute but intriguing. It looks electric, but who knows?
