I've always called my trombone "my baby," and it still is. But now it has a "little sister" -- my French horn. I'm having fun learning to play it.

I am a wife and the mother of five children. I have been home educating our children all of their lives and have launched the first one to college. There are many other things about me that you might learn if you read my posts. But I don't know what else to put here.

French horns look (and sound) so cool. I'm impressed you're learning a new instrument now, Katrina. Good job!
Aren't these horns so pretty?! My dd played one in high school, and I have a photo I love of her hugging the horn the day we gave it to her.
